For some reason, my PS5 wasn’t reading the drive. It should be noted, it was my second drive. I thought about taking my PS5 to Geek squad but learned they charged an arm and a leg to fix things. I searched up locations to fix it and stumbled upon SNAPTECH REPAIR. I met max who gave me reinsurance that he would fix the problem. The issue was fixed in a few hours and I couldn’t be happier with his customer service. I will for now on go to him for any tech issues.
