Came to Snaptech for repair/data recovery on a dead MacBook Air, Max advised me to buy an identical MacBook Air used, and have the internal storage transferred over, a solution that made sense financially and got my data back, as well as a working a machine.
I was very pleased with the service from Snap Tech
I was very pleased with the service from Snap Tech. I panicked when my computer went down but when I found this company and called I was told to bring it right in and this was on a Sunday! I got my computer back the same day, all good to go. Thank you so very much! I know who I will call if I need help again.

I can't say enough good things about Max at SnapTech Repair in San Dimas. My PC had been giving me problems for weeks—it was running extremely slow, randomly freezing, and crashing when I tried to play certain games . I was worried I might need to replace the entire computer, but Max at SnapTech took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and explain exactly what was going on.
From the moment I brought the computer in, his customer service was exceptional and outstanding . He’s very friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary upgrades or services, he focused on finding the most cost-effective solution to get my PC back up and running. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.
The repair was completed faster than I expected, and when I got my computer back, it felt like a completely different machine. Everything is running smoothly, startup times are dramatically faster, programs open instantly, and I can finally play my games with no issues. It's obvious he takes pride in his work and pay attention to every detail.
What impressed me most was his honesty and transparency. In today's world, it's not always easy to find a repair shop you can trust, but MAX at SnapTech earned my confidence from start to finish. His pricing was fair, there were no hidden fees, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I’m coming back for him to work on my second PC.

My surface pro needed a long overdue storage upgrade as it barely had enough space for system files and updates. I wanted to get more out of it by upgrading from 128gb to 1 T. Max was super helpful and was able to get my system upgraded in a very timely fashion and for a reasonable price. I might of been able to figure out how to do it but the convenience of having someone who knows what they are doing was priceless. Thanks Max!

My dog got her ball stuck under my desk and somehow fried my entire computer. I am a contractor and own my own pool building business and my entire business was on my computer. I was devastated. Then I found Max! Max not only had me bring it in same day, he offered multiple solutions and options to repair and salvage everything he was able to. His calming presence, along with his vast knowledge was a godsend for me. He was upfront and honest about all costs, and honestly his pricing for the amount of time and effort he put in, was more than fair. Max is now my go-to Tech guy and I have already referred him to several friends and a couple of my own clients.
If you are looking for a honest, tech savvy person to repair, set up or in general just provide the best advice out there, Max is your guy.

Max was so easy to work with! I'm a realtor and use my laptop for work, it died on my and I freaked out a bit.
Max took it and diagnosed that it needed a new battery in just a couple days. Now I'm back working and very happy. He is timely and has great communication skills! I would recommend him fo anyone needing technical help!

My issue I had was with my PlayStation 5 in which I purchased an internal hard drive to expand the memory. For some reason, my PS5 wasn’t reading the drive. It should be noted, it was my second drive. I thought about taking my PS5 to Geek squad but learned they charged an arm and a leg to fix things. I searched up locations to fix it and stumbled upon SNAPTECH REPAIR. I met max who gave me reinsurance that he would fix the problem. The issue was fixed in a few hours and I couldn’t be happier with his customer service. I will for now on go to him for any tech issues. Thanks Max!

Had issues with my gaming PC not starting. Brought it over to Max from SnapTech Reapir. Max is a legend (very knowledgeable) and was able to quiclky diagnose and get my PC in tip top shape. Much appreciated.

I lost contact of my old pc guy and needed one asap! Called 4 shops prior to getting a look at Snaptech. I instantly knew Max was going to be my new tech guy as soon as i called him.
I tried to flash bios on my own to save money and that went south, quickly 😭. Thankfully, he had just finished a project and was free to fix my mess up.
As soon as i got there, Max was ready! He was direct , polite and very knowledgeable. It got everything done in less than 2 hours! Now my pc is running smoother and faster than before!

I'm a real estate broker so I'm heavily reliant on my PC. When it refused to power up yesterday, I did a Google search for PC repair near me and immediately called Snap Tech. Within minutes I had my PC there for a diagnosis. Max assessed that it was a defective power supply. After informing me of the cost for repair, I gave the green light to get it done. In just under 24 hours, my PC was repaired and returned to me. Their prices were fair and the urgency in which the repair was completed is very important, especially in my industry. I can't express enough how great Max and Snap Tech was.

I found Snap Tech Repair on Google search for computer repair, and since it was nearby and the reviews were excellent, I decided to take it there. Max did not disappoint! Maxwell was a great help to me during my computer troubles
Maxwell was a great help to me during my computer troubles. After having terrible trouble with my 14th Gen i7 (including the replacement unit that Intel provided) which involved troubleshooting almost every component. I made the jump to AMD.
When I still had troubles and went through 5 motherboards, I got in my car and planned to drive off of the nearest bridge rather than back to microcenter. On that drive I found SnaperTech and Maximilian was able to diagnose the issue. It involved a known issue in the motherboard BIOS that MSI has STILL not fixed. I was able to return my board to microcenter and get an gigabyte board which I have have had no issues since then.
